Ken Ieong Mr. Ieong has over 20 years of operational, entrepreneurial, and senior management experience. Mr. Ieong has been serving as Chief Technology Officer, Secretary, and as a member of the Board of Directors for publicly traded Zipglobal Holdings, Inc. (OTC: ZIPG), a retail provider or Internet telephony services. In February 2004, Mr. Ieong founded, and was the sole stockholder of Beasley, a provider of telecommunication services for the global oriented customer, and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until ZipHolding’s acquisition of Beasley in November 2005. In 1994, Mr. Ieong co-founded and was the Chief Communications Officer of Elephant Talk Limited, a facility-based international long distance carrier with offices and hubs in Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Singapore and Beijing, until November 2003. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Ieong worked for New Tech Information Systems Limited where he was responsible for marketing and system implementations.

Mr. Ieong earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York in 1986 and a Bachelor's degree in computer science from York University, Canada in 1984.
